Texas Court Counseling provides state-regulated education classes. We do not provide counseling, therapy or treatment, and we are not a court or affiliated with any court.
Who regulates these classes
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) regulates court-ordered education programs. It approves the course material, licenses each program provider and instructor, and sets the rules for online classes.
Our licensing status
Enrollment opens once the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issues our program license.
Choosing a provider
You can take your class from any program licensed by TDLR. To check a provider's license or find other programs, contact TDLR at (512) 463-6599 or visit tdlr.texas.gov.
