Lowest price guarantee

These terms are a draft. They'll be final, along with how to send us a lower price, before enrollment opens.

How it works

1. Find a lower price for the same course from another provider licensed by TDLR.
2. Send us a link to the page showing that price before you book with us.
3. Once we confirm it, we charge you less than that price for your class.

What counts

• The same course: the 15-hour Drug Offender Education Program or the 32-hour DWI Intervention Program.
• A provider with a current TDLR program license for that course.
• A price anyone can book now, published on the provider's website.
• The total price for the full course, including any required fees.

What doesn't count

• Coupon codes or discounts only some people can get.
• Seats paid for by an employer, a court or another program.
• Sliding-scale or free programs.
