Probation in Nueces County
If a Nueces County court put you on probation, the Nueces County Community Supervision and Corrections Department supervises your conditions, including a court-ordered DWI Intervention Program. It also supervises Nueces County residents who were put on probation in another county or state. If that's you, check with your officer about which department should get your certificate.

Your certificate
Within 10 working days of finishing, Texas requires us to send your certificate to the Department of Public Safety and to notify the probation department that supervises you. If you're on probation in Nueces County, that's the Nueces County Community Supervision and Corrections Department.
We also mail your own copy of the certificate within 5 days of finishing.
