Probation in Hidalgo County
If a Hidalgo County court put you on probation, the Hidalgo County Community Supervision and Corrections Department supervises your conditions, including a court-ordered DWI Intervention Program. Its main office is in Edinburg, the county seat, just north of McAllen.
Hidalgo County's probation department also runs a DWI court. If you're in that program, ask your officer whether DWI Intervention is part of your conditions.

Your certificate
Within 10 working days of finishing, Texas requires us to send your certificate to the Department of Public Safety and to notify the probation department that supervises you. If you're on probation in Hidalgo County, that's the Hidalgo County Community Supervision and Corrections Department.
We also mail your own copy of the certificate within 5 days of finishing.
